Returns and Exchanges Policy
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies exclusively to Paint Protection Film (PPF) products purchased for B2B purposes, including distributors, installers, resellers, and commercial partners. By placing an order with ONEPRO™, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Return Eligibility and Conditions
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. After this period, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance.
To qualify for a return:
The product must not be used for more than 4 linear meters.
The remaining film must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.
All original packaging, labels, cores, and protective layers must be intact and unaltered.
The product must show no signs of installation attempts or environmental exposure (dust, moisture, adhesive contamination, stretching, or heat exposure).
A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
ONEPRO™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not strictly meet these conditions.
2. Inspection and Approval Process
Upon receipt, ONEPRO™ will conduct a full inspection of the returned product.
Approval or rejection of the return is determined at the sole discretion of ONEPRO™, based on:
Product integrity
Usability
Packaging condition
Compliance with B2B return criteria
You will receive written notification regarding the outcome.
ONEPRO™ may reject the return if the product shows handling or use that renders it unsellable, even if it falls within the 4-meter allowance.
3. Refunds
If the return is approved:
A refund will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds may be subject to restocking fees, depending on product condition or administrative handling.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid by ONEPRO™.
Refund processing time varies depending on financial institutions and may take up to 14 business days.
4. Exchanges
ONEPRO™ only offers exchanges for manufacturer defects.
To request an exchange, the buyer must:
Notify ONEPRO™ within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Provide photo or video evidence of the claimed defect or damage.
Return the defective item to one of our designated addresses.
Exchanges will be made for the same product and series only.
Alternate products, colors, or series are not available unless approved in writing.
5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
Products purchased under discounted, promotional, or clearance pricing
Cut sheets, partial rolls beyond 4 meters, or custom-slit films
Products damaged due to improper storage by the buyer
Products exposed to heat, sunlight, moisture, or installation attempts
Any PPF showing adhesive contamination or deformation
6. Shipping for Returns
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, ONEPRO™ may deduct any return shipping amount paid on your behalf.

7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the product is delivered to the buyer’s designated address or courier.
ONEPRO™ is not responsible for:
Damage during return transit
Lost return shipments
Carrier delays
For your protection, we recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
8. Governing Terms
This policy does not override any written B2B supply agreement signed between ONEPRO™ and the buyer. In the event of a discrepancy, the written agreement prevails.
ONEPRO™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
